PAUL SCHOLES admits he would love to see Wesley Sneijder in a Manchester United shirt.

'I’m sure there’s a lot of clubs who will be after him if he is available.'
A potential stumbling block to the deal being pushed through is Sneijder's wage demands.

The midfielder is reluctant to accept a cut in his weekly wage of around £200,000 but this is outside the Old Trafford pay structure.
But The Mirror reports that the player's agent is expected to fly into London before the weekend with a view to pushing the transfer through before the start of the Premier League season.

Sneijder himself has hinted that he would be open to a move to England.
Asked about the prospect, he said: 'Maybe. I have played in many big competitions in Holland, Spain and Italy and I'm still here.
'What is going to happen we will see but I am a happy guy.
'But there is always speculation, every year
